Spicy Pot Roast – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 3-4lb. beef chuck roast, boneless
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil, divided
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon rosemary
• 2 each celery sticks, chopped
• 1 each yellow onion, peeled and chopped
• 3 each carrot, peeled and sliced
• 1 each leek, sliced
• 2 heads of garlic, tops removed
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Espresso Bean balsamic
• rustic crusty bread or roasted potatoes for serving.
