- 25ml rum
- 50g spekulatius + extra for serving
- 85g dark brown sugar
- 25g butter
- 75ml cream
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 egg white
- 45g sugar
- ¼ tsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp vinegar
