A New York style cheesecake made with delicious egg nog for a festive spin for the xmas season. Best made with Luxlait egg nog.
Ingredients
- 150g spekulatius cookies
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 75g Luxlait Rose butter, melted
- 150g white chocolate
- 200ml Luxlait Egg Nog
- 250g Luxlait full-fat quark 40% (fromage frais)
- 300g cream cheese
- 80g sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 100ml Luxlait cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 100ml Luxlait egg nog
- 8g Sahnesteif (cream stabilizer)
- Sprinkles, to decorate
