- 2 dried red chilies (Add more if you want it spicier)
- 30g leeks (sliced into thin rings)
- 50g red capsicum (diced into cubes)
- 50g green capsicum (diced into cubes)
- 80g onion (diced into cubes)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- Some vegetable oil for deep frying
- 1 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mild curry powder (optional)
- A few pinches of ground black pepper
- A few pinches of sea salt
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 egg white
