• 8 oz. fettuccine pasta
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 cup cream
• 1/2 tablespoon flour
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 6 cloves garlic
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
