Ingredients: 3 cups Kale Bagged, prewashed and precut; 2 teaspoons light oil grapeseed and light olive oil work best; 1/2 fresh lemon Do not substitute bottled lemon juice; 2 tablespoons shaved fresh parmesean not grated; 2-3 tablespoons premade Cesar dressing Wishbone brand works fine, but choose your own :)
