Easy Kale Salad recipe: My husband is not a fan of cooked Kale, but apparently raw kale is a hit! And super easy! I totally cheated with premade dressing, but the fresh lemon and Parmesan take it up...

Ingredients
- 3 cups Kale Bagged, prewashed and precut
- 2 teaspoons light oil grapeseed and light olive oil work best
- 1/2 fresh lemon Do not substitute bottled lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons shaved fresh parmesean not grated
- 2-3 tablespoons premade Cesar dressing Wishbone brand works fine, but choose your own :)
