• 3/4 cup almond flour (not almond meal)
• 2 egg whites (large )
• pinch cream of tartar
• ¼ cup superfine sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• gel food coloring (blue, pink, red, orange, purple and brown )
• jam (for filling)
• edible ink pens
