- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 6 cups milk
- 200 grams dry long grain rice (uncooked 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon sticks (2 sticks, cracked)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for garnish)
