• 1 pkg dumpling dough, prepared
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 (375g pkg) Maple Leaf® Natural Original Smoked Sausage
• 1 medium onion, diced
• ½ cup tomato sauce, prepared
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Parsley – for garnish
