Ingredients

• 1 3 inch thick porterhouse steak (about 3 pounds) patted dry
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 t fresh ground pepper
• 2 t kosher salt
• 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 lbs red or Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed clean and quartered
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 t garlic powder
• ½ t smoked paprika
• Red pepper flakes to taste
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
