• 1 pack of penne pasta
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 500g tomatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 onion
• ½ carrot
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 5 tablespoons İçim Butter
• 2 tablespoons grated İçim Kashar Cheese
• 250 ml water
