• 8 oz Creamette® Penne Rigate
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 0.50 cup onion, chopped
• 1 (14 1/2 oz.) Italian tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
• 6 oz tomato paste
• 0.25 cup dry red wine
• 0.50 tsp sugar
• 0.50 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
• 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
• 0.25 cup pitted ripe olives
• 2 oz reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
