• ¼ cup sliced green onion
• 1 large acorn squash from Local Fare Jax
• Olive oil, for drizzling
• 8 cups white bread, cubed
• ½ cup crumbled sausage
• 2 medium sweet potatoes from Local Fare Jax
• 1 large purple eggplant from Local Fare Jax
• 3 ears of corn from Local Fare Jax
• 1 medium sweet onion
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 12 ounces frozen peas
