Ingredients

• 4 smoked bacon slices
• 2 eggs
• 1 pitta bread
• 2 handfuls of spinach
• 8 cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 red onion
• 40 g cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 pinch salt and pepper
