Classic Reuben Sandwich Recipe. A deli treat.

Ingredients

• 6 ounces corned beef (thinly sliced)
• 2 slices Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
• 1/4 cup sauerkraut ( well drained)
• Russian dressing or (Thousand Island dressing)
• 2 slices whole grain rye bread
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup ketchup or chili sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon yellow onion (peeled and diced)
• Worcestershire sauce to taste (a few drops)
• dash hot sauce (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
