Chocolate Buttercream Recipe
Chocolate Buttercream I got this recipe in a cooking class given by Donna Nordin, who appeared in Bon Appetit during the late 70's/early 80's. A wonderful dessert chef.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- water to cover
- 3/4 cup soft butter, part margarine okay
- 1 egg
- 2-3 squares melted unsweetened chocolate
