Ingredients

• San Remo Reg Cannelloni 250g
• 1 tbsp crushed garlic
• 100g butter
• 150g reggiano parmesan, grated
• 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
• 1 bunch sage, finely sliced
• 1 bunch leeks, finely sliced
• 500g lean turkey mince
• 500ml milk
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 egg
• 1cup hazelnuts, roasted, peeled
• ¼ cup plain flour
• ¼ cup kirsch
• ½ cup dried cherries
• 1 tbsp onion, finely diced
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup thickened cream
• ½ cup mascarpone
