Ingredients

• 2 lbs Mango, 3-4 ripe sweet mangoes
• 1/2 lbs Strawberries, small diced
• 1 Tomatoes, ripe firm tomato, small diced, seeds discarded. (optional)
• 1/2 Cup Red Onion, small diced
• 1/2 Bunch Cilantro, fresh, about 1/2 cup when chopped
• 2 Jalapeno, seeds removed, minced. For lesser heat, use half quantity.
• 2-3 Lime, to get about 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce, adjust per taste
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, preferably toasted and ground
• 1/2 tsp Salt, adjust to taste
