Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil drizzled onto pizza base
• ½ Cup thinly sliced Yellow and Orange Peppers
• 5-6 Sliced Cocktail Tomatoes
• ¼ Cup Sliced Feta Cheese
• ½ Cup Medium Cheddar Cheese
• ½ Cup or More Mozzarella
• sprinkled with origanum
• 1 and ½ Cup Self Rising Flour
• ½ Teaspoon Salt
• ½ Teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs or Dried Origanum
• ¾ Cup - 1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
