Mexican Style Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds, ground beef
• 1 1/2 pounds, ground pork
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups, plain dried bread crumbs
• 1 teaspoon, salt
• 1 teaspoon, ground black pepper
• 2 cloves, garlic – minced
• 1/2 cup, water
• 2 cans, diced tomatoes with juice – (28 ounce)
• 1 7 ounce can, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
• 4 teaspoons, il Fustino Avocado Oil
• 2 small, onions – minced
• 4 cloves, garlic – minced
• 2 teaspoons, ground cumin
• 2 cups, chicken broth
• 1/2 cup, chopped fresh cilantro – for garnish (optional)
