Pink Sauce Pasta recipe by Bint Moussa

Ingredients

• 300g penne pasta
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoon flour
• 1 cup milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 small onion chopped
• ½ tablespoon garlic paste
• 2 tomatoes (boiled peeled and pureed)
• Salt to taste (don't put too much as there is already in the pasta and the white sauce)
• ½ teaspoon oregano
• ½ teaspoon dried basil (or use fresh ones chopped)
• 1 ½ tablespoon ketchup
• Chilli powder to taste (or leave
