• 150 g sugar
• 30 ml oil

• 500 g cream cheese
• 250 g cottage cheese
• 1 tsp rum essence
• Zest of 1 lemon (seedless)
• 300 ml cream (whipping cream or heavy cream)
• A little milk (approx. 100 ml)
• Rum essence, to taste
• 1 l orange soda or juice (like Fanta)
• 4 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp sugar
