• 30 ml / 2 tbsp lemon juice

• 525 g / 1 Sargent Farms Boneless Chicken Breast (Large)
• 30 ml / 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 g / ½ tsp red chili flakes
• Lemon zest
• 2 lg flatbread (ours were 9 x 11 inches (23 x 28 centimetres)
• 45 g / ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
