Christmas Potluck Recipe 12 — Les Petites Gourmettes

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons dry sherry
• 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 pound ground chicken
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 8-ounce can whole water chestnuts, drained and diced
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
