A friend sent me this copycat version of Apple Fries found in LEGOLAND, so yummy and great for summer!
Ingredients
- 5-6 crisp apples of any kind,fresh (do NOT use soft apples)
- Cornstarch
- Large bottle of any kind of cooking oil
- Small tub of whipped cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (to taste)
- Powdered sugar (to taste)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
