Tofu and Chestnut Sausage Rolls - Lucy & Lentils

Ingredients

• 300 g firm Tofu (I use Cauldron, drained and roughly crumbled apart)
• 1 red onion (finely diced)
• 180 g roasted chestnuts (roughly chopped)
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried sage
• 2 tbsp tamari
• 1 tbsp red onion chutney
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
