• 2 dl of sour cream
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 tablespoons leaf parsley
• 2 tablespoons coriander
• ½ red chilli
• 1 teaspoon smoked pepper powder salt
• 1/2 dl of jalapenos
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon worcester sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon black pepper salt
