- 7 oz Spring Mix Lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 fresh peach, sliced
- ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 ball of Burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 4 slices of Prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
- ½ c cherries, halved and pitted
- ½ c pistachios, roughly chopped
- Fresh Basil, chiffonade (thinly sliced)
