Ingredients

• 1 cup corn kernels, cut from the cob
• 3/4 cup red pepper, diced
• 1/4 cup onion, diced
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup water
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 pounds ground Angus grass-fed chuck
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 4 ounces Maytag blue cheese
• 6 potato buns, split
• 5 ounces country ham, thinly sliced, julienned
• 2 cups kettle corn (popcorn)
