• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 2 tsp coriander seeds
• 2 garlic cloves
• ¼ tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 oranges, 1 quartered, 1 juiced
• 1 onion, quartered
• 300g rhubarb, chopped into 2cm lengths
