Ingredients

• 1 hambone
• 7 cups water
• 5 slices of bacon- chopped
• 1 + ½ cup diced ham
• 2 tbsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Rattlesnake Bite Seasoning
• 6 garlic cloves- minced
• 1 small onion- diced
• 2 celery sticks- chopped
• 1 cucumber- chopped
• 2 carrots- chopped
• 1 potato-peeled & diced
• 2 cans white beans- rinsed & drained
• ¼ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp dried parsley
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt and pepper to taste
