Falafel Burger | Gourmet du Village

Ingredients

• 12 g ½ pouch Falafel Seasoning
• 25 oz 1½ cans chickpeas, drained & dried
• 1 Large onion, chopped
• 25 g (1 cup) fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 Eggs (or ½ cup silken tofu)
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
• 15 g (1 tbsp) baking powder
• 185 g (1 ½ cup) bread crumbs
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
• 6 Toasted buns
• Optional Tzatziki Dip
• Garnished with tomato, lettuce and onion.
