Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Oil (or chilli oil)
• 1 Large squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 Onion, diced
• 1 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
• 1 tsp Everyday Favourites dry oregano
• Large handful baby spinach leaves
• 6-8 Lasagne sheets
• 500ml Dairy-free milk
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Black pepper
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 tbsp Everyday Favourites cornflour
• 150g Bute Island Sheese, grated cheddar
