• 1kg whole baby octopus, cleaned
• juice of 1 lemon
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and diced
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• lime wedges, fresh coriander, to serve
