- Gladfield Pilsner Malt (2 SRM) - 4.5 Kg / 9 lb 12.1 oz
- Gladfield Gladiator Malt (5 SRM) - 0.15 Kg / 5 oz
- Gladfield Sour Grapes (Acidulated) Malt - 0.10 kg / 3.3 oz
- 25 gm (0.81 oz) of Styrian Goldings 5.40% A/A @60 Minutes
- 15 gm (0.53 oz) of Styrian Goldings 5.40% A/A @0 Minutes (flame out)
- Belgian Ardennes (Wyeast Labs #3522)
- 4 grams of Polycar Brewbrite into the boil @10 mins
- 1 tsp of Yeast Nutrient into the boil @10 mins
