  • 5 Shallots (halved and quartered)
  • 400 ml Guinness
  • 1 tsp beef extract
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Sprig Fresh thyme
  • 150 g button mushrooms
  • 500 g Puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
