Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ cup cooking onion, diced
• ½ cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, beaten
• ½ cup and 3 tablespoons CO-OP GOLD PURE Newfoundland Screech BBQ Sauce, divided
• 1 tablespoon CO-OP GOLD PURE French Country Whole Grain
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons CO-OP GOLD Cayenne Hot Sauce
• 2 teaspoons BBQ dry rub
• 12 slices Co-op Gold Bacon
