Braised Fennel Balsamic Flatbread
Make this flatbread dough “pizza style” with delicious braised fennel, thyme, red onion, cream and mozzarella. Baked until golden, and served with a sweet balsamic vinegar reduction.
Ingredients
- 2 fennel
- 1 red onion
- 400ml vegetable stock
- 2tbsp butter
- 6sprig thyme
- 2tbsp Soured cream
- 140g mozzarella
- 7g dried yeast
- 1.5tsp sugar
- 0.5tsp fine salt
- 200g plain flour
- 1large egg
- 1tsp olive oil
- 3tbsp water
- 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
