• 4 pieces of Tofu
• 3 ripe tomatoes
• 1 minced Purple onion
• 2 branches of Green onion
• 100 gr ground Pork ((with fat))
• 2 soaked minced Wood ear mushroom
• 1/4 tsp of Ground pepper
• 1/3 tsp of Salt
• 1/2 tsp of Sugar
• 1/2 tsp of oyster oil
• 1/2 tsp of cornstarch
