• 1/3 cup Dutched cocoa powder
• 1/4 lightly ground organic sugar
• 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
• 1/4 cup mild tasting extra-virgin olive oil or organic neutral vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp any nondairy milk
• 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, Grade A dark or amber
• 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp chocolate extract
