Ingredients

• 2 balls of pizza dough (450 g each)
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1 pack of Lesters Jumbo Original hot dog sausages (450 g)
• 1 tomato, seeded and diced
• A drizzle of olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
• 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
