Pizza-dog | Olymel

Ingredients

• 4 Olymel Smoked Sausages
• 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
• ½ green pepper, sliced into strips
• 250 mL (1 cup) of mushrooms, sliced
• 125 mL (½ cup) of pizza sauce
• 4 large hot-dog buns
• 250 mL (1 cup) of mozzarella cheese, grated
• Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Meanwhile, grill sausages and hot-dog buns topped with cheese on the barbecue over low heat until buns are browned and cheese is melted.
• Brush inside of buns with pizza sauce and place one grilled sausage in each bun. Add vegetables.
