Pulled Pork Parfait

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp / 30 mL EACH coarse salt and paprika
• 1 Tbsp / 15 mL packed brown sugar
• 2 tsp / 10 mL EACH garlic powder and dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp / 2 mL chipotle chili pepper
• 1 Tbsp / 15 mL canola oil
• 1 pork shoulder blade roast, boneless, well-trimmed, 3-4 lb / 1.5-2 kg
• ¼-½ cup / 50-125 mL EACH apple juice and water
