- 2 pounds ground beef (80% lean works well, even on the grill)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened, you can use low fat)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (or 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes)
- 6 slices (6 ounces) Pepper Jack cheese(optional)
