Orchard Pear Crisp - Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Service

Ingredients

• 2-1/3 cups quick oats
• 1/3 cup lightly packed light brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 12 ounces (3 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 4 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, slices, in extra light syrup, drained and 1/4 cup syrup reserved
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
