Ingredients

• 2 x packets Paul Hollywood’s Italian Stonebaked Flatbreads
• Olive oil, to fry
• 125g grated mature cheddar cheese
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 2 avocados, sliced thinly
• 1 x packet Taco seasoning
• 400g drained tin black beans
• 1 large onion, peeled and finely diced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Spicy tomato salsa, to serve
