Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

• 1 cup red wine
• 1 can tomato sauce (14.5 oz)
• 1 pack of frozen pre-sliced mixed bell peppers (14 oz)
• 4 large fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1 bag of frozen pre-sliced onions (14 oz)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons pre-minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
