• 1 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
• 100g Deep-Fried Cheese Curds
• 170g Bothwell Medium Cheddar , grated
• 10 pickled jalapeño slices
• 1 tomato, diced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Sour cream
