Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsps kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/3 cups extra-virgin olive oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 2 - 3 fresh yellow peaches, sliced
